Exceptional service by friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with good facilities. Delicious breakfast and a varied menu for dinner. Great location with good transportation and parking options.

We stayed at a hotel in an industrial area, close to many popular areas like Rhine, Karlsruhe, and the Black Forest. the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the restaurant served delicious meals, with an extensive wine list. Although the hotel is in an industrial area, it was quiet, and the triple-paned windows blocked out any truck noise.
One member of our party received an injury from the high step up in the shower stall.

Hidden gem in industrial estate. Homely and welcoming atmosphere. Comfortable and clean rooms. Magnificent and varied evening meal. Extensive wine list. Helpful and attentive staff. Excellent location for various activities. Good parking and clean facilities

The hotel offered a delicious restaurant menu with a variety of options and the staff was very accommodating to my food restrictions. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel provided free parking and Wi-Fi, making my stay stress-free.
The noise from the nearby traffic could be heard from my room, which disturbed my sleep. The maid also entered my room without knocking twice and began cleaning while I was still inside, making me feel uncomfortable.

the breakfast offered at the hotel was mouth-watering and I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and hot coffee to kick start my day. the hotel offered a convenient location for me to access nearby tourist attractions and restaurants with ease.
The room was not up to standard as it was small and cramped for my liking. the walls were thin, and I could hear other guests and outside traffic very clearly, which disturbed my sleep.
